- added ReadMe.txt and Changelog
- localisation strings are now read from .dat files and can be updated without downloading the entire application again (still some files missing)
- added some minor code improvements (file menu, initialisation)

v0.1 BETA - first public release with basic features:
- Resizeable application window
- Convert all special chars like ä, ö, ü, ß,... at once
- Scroll both editboxes at once (1/10 lines up/down)
- View a list of often used strings in different languages (Classes, Professions, Skills and Abilities...)
